Rama's Yoga Story

Rama’s yoga journey began while working as a horse trainer and rider, where she sought relief
from stiffness and just wanted to be able to touch her toes! She soon realized that the benefits
of Yoga went beyond the physical and started to notice she felt more calm and grounded
mentally, emotionally and spiritually.


Over the years, yoga has not only become a tool for feeling better physically but also to
cultivate a sense of calm and balance in her life.

Rama's Yoga Experience

Rama Saeed is certified in Power Vinyasa Yoga and Psychotherapeutic Yoga. Rama is a leading force in the yoga community. As a lead instructor at Bliss Yoga Accra, she not only guides students in their practice but also plays a pivotal role as a lead faculty member in the studio’s prestigious 200-HR Yoga Teacher Training Program. Additionally, for 2 years she made lasting contributions as a faculty member for Dallas Texas based YogaZama’s 200-HR Yoga Teacher Training Program. She has also led transformative prenatal yoga sessions, further solidifying her expertise and impact in the field of yoga.

With a decade of personal practice and teaching experience, Rama is passionate about usingyoga to energize, connect, and ground her students. Her classes are thoughtfully designed tomeet practitioners exactly where they are — whether building strength and stamina through aninvigorating Vinyasa flow or unwinding with a deeply restorative Yin Yoga session. Throughbreath, meditation, and movement, she creates a space for students to reconnect with theirbodies and find balance. Beyond the studio, Rama has introduced yoga to people of all ages,leading to wellness support for children and the elderly, making yoga accessible to diversecommunities.
